ShackTV provides web hosting to clients worldwide, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. All clients of ShackTV are subject to the following terms of service:

You agree to use all ShackTV services and facilities at your own risk. ShackTV specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall ShackTV be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages.

No refund will be issued after 48 hours from rendering services. All services are NON refundable. However, If there is a circumstance in which  the company  is accountable by default for the non fulfillment of services booked, we will take full responsibility. Customer will be allowed to for refund
